Hi mandy,
Thanks for taking time to explain the rules around nurseries. Everything is fine now. I doesn't interact much with the teachers, but the older teacher seems nice. May be I was a bit hasty in making a decision. But the younger teacher is definitely loud and intimidating.Fortunately she comes two days in a week.

Hi to Jahnavi's mom,

It is unfortunate that you felt the teachers were being rascist with you...it's awful to be treated disrespectfully and the younger teacher had no business to speak to you that way. I am a former teacher and now an at home mom with my two young boys.

When I taught, parents/visitors were only permitted to enter through the office doors for safety reasons of cours, however parents would frequently ignore that. I had a door right next to my classroom and if parents noticed it was open, they would come through that way for convenience. The safety reasons are obvious...it isn't safe for people to be exiting and entering without the school knowing who is in the building... However, I would politely remind parents that for safety reasons, please use the main doors as other doors are usually locked and the school needs to monitor who is in the building. Who knows, your child's teacher must have been annoyed...however, that is no excuse to be treating parents so nasty. Hope things get better.
