The local council has decided to close down the school, where my daughter will be going in her reception year. But the community is against this step and they have actively campaigned for keeping the school open. We decided to enroll our daughter here for two reasons. First, it is near to my husband’s office; second, they will have a small ratio of teacher and taught.
Yesterday we went to have a chat with the principal. I saw the school for the first time. It is a small school with cosy atmosphere. The hall is decorated with chrome accessories and different art works of the students. I found some interesting models made by the students. My daughter suggested that we make some at home.
The principal directed us to meet the office in charge and she told us all the formalities we had to complete. We ordered uniform for my daughter. The office in charge explained in detail what they do at the school and how many teachers are fully or partly employed here. She also gave us some forms to fill. I am satisfied with the reception we got. Lets see how little Jahnavi finds it in September.
