When I was pregnant with my son, I had put on so much weight that I could see my toes when I was standing. After delievery, I have shed some weight, but fat around my tummy still worries me. I am on the lookout for ways of stomach fat loss. One of them is doing stretching excercise. But looking after the baby tires me so much that I am left with no energy to do any kind of excersise.
